Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
Must be available nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Line Cook in a high volume restaurant
- Organized
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
